Introduction

This privacy policy describes how Fernstone Studios LLC ("we", "our", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the DinoVault mobile application ("the App").

Information We Collect

Authentication Data

We use Firebase Authentication to manage user accounts. You may sign in using:

• Email and password
• Google OAuth
• Apple OAuth

We store only the information necessary for authentication (email address, display name, and authentication provider identifiers).

User Data

We use Google Firestore to store your app data, including:

• User progress and collection data
• Bookmarked dinosaurs
• Quiz scores
• Learning track progress

Advertising

The free version of DinoVault displays advertisements through Google AdMob, including banner and interstitial ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to serve relevant ads. You can learn more about Google's advertising practices at Google's Advertising Policies.

Users who purchase Dino Pro ($4.99 one-time purchase) will have all ads removed.

In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by RevenueCat, which handles purchase validation and subscription management. RevenueCat may collect transaction data and anonymous device identifiers. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store). We do not collect or store your payment information directly.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above (Firebase, AdMob, RevenueCat) as necessary to operate the App.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at matt@fernstonestudios.com. We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

DinoVault is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
